Hash House a GO GO
For me, this place is food porn on a plate. Las Vegas has a gagillion off the hook places to eat but if you need a little break from the strip and the $50 burger, I would definitely recommend the cab ride to the north side of the city and indulge. Portions are huge so bring an appetite, the chicken and waffles I could not finish, and anybody who knows me knows that is impossible. Have not been there for breakfast but after looking over the eggs benedict menu (hammered pork tenderloin, smoked salmon and asparagus, and a fried chicken spinach and bacon) I almost entertained the idea of sleeping on the bench out front until they opened. Next trip, will make this a priority.
p.s.: the friend who turned me on to this place, her chicken and biscuits were out of this world.
